Primeur utilises a vast array of IT-based systems in order to ensure efficiency and maintain excellent levels of customer service. The company has particularly benefited since the advent of a warehouse-based wireless solution that allows stock to be picked and processed in real-time – this has boosted accuracy and productivity, whilst reducing operational and environmental costs.

Primeur has also embraced the Web – a number of Web-based systems are currently in development which will allow us to communicate information to customers more effectively and from anywhere in the world. One such system – Nexus – is a product information database that has greatly reduced the administration of products, whilst giving suppliers and customers full visibility of our product range.
